Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of supervisory experience in Food and Beverage.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• TIPS card within 60 days of employment.
• Food handler card required.
• Serv Safe certification within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Casino floor bars and Event/Banquet staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Ensure health and safety regulations compliance for guests and employees.
• Coordinate with Marketing for promotions and events; with Security for event planning.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of casino bars and banquet areas.
• Oversee staff scheduling and labor reporting to meet payroll targets.
• Assist with customer relations and guest service excellence.
• Fill in for staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Support banquet/events setup and breakdown for timely service.
