Job summary

Noble Casing, Inc. seeks a Casing Operator support who will assist in casing operations while supervising and teaching casing techs. You will help with rigging, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety standards are followed.

The role requires 1–2 years related experience, strong communication, leadership, and the ability to multitask. You should be able to work with the crew, delegate tasks, and respond to customer needs on a 24-hour basis.

Qualifications

• Complete all Noble and industry training.
• Minimum 1–2 years related experience.
• Proficient written and verbal communication.
• Strong leadership and quality skills.
• Ability to multi-task and delegate.
• Must understand safety and work standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist casing crew in rigging and hang tong line.
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot casing equipment.
• Supervise casing techs and lead by example.
• Occasionally relieve other operators as assigned.
• Identify and report problems to Crew Pusher.
• Available on 24-hour call to respond to customer needs.
