Canteen North America in Arden, NC is seeking a Cashroom Assistant responsible for deposit verification and currency orders to support vending route drivers. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with daytime hours and opportunities for advancement within our team.

Applicants should have reliable cash handling experience; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs is required. Online applications are accepted only.

• Maintains accuracy of vending machine money collected and returned by route drivers.
• Prepares and distributes change of coins and petty cash for route drivers.
• Ensures coin and currency counters are accurate.
• Ensures route statements are accurate prior to making end-of-day deposits.
• Balances out the vault to ensure route statements match funds that are being deposited.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediate for full time and part time CASHROOM ASSISTANT position.
• Location: Canteen - 76 Old Shoals Road, Arden, NC 28704. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedule. Monday through Friday; 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous cash handling experience preferred. This position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50lbs.
• Pay Range: $18.50 per hour to $20.00 per hour.
• Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

• Maintains accuracy of vending machine money collected and returned by route drivers.
