Canteen is hiring immediately for a full-time Cashroom Assistant at 2631 South 156th Circle, Omaha, NE 68130. Online applications are accepted only. Schedule is Monday through Friday; hours may vary and details will be provided at interview.

The ideal candidate will have prior cash handling experience and will be responsible for ensuring accurate cash deposits, balancing the vault, and supporting vending route drivers. Perks include free coffee, tea, snacks, and Bevi water.

• Must be able to work a full-time schedule (Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

• Maintains accuracy of vending machine money collected and returned by route drivers.
• Prepares and distributes change of coins and petty cash for route drivers.
• Ensures coin and currency counters are accurate.
• Ensures route statements are accurate prior to making end-of-day deposits.
• Balances out the vault to ensure route statements match funds that are being deposited.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
