Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in West Covina, CA is hiring cashiers to join the front-of-house team. You’ll greet guests, take orders, process payments, bus tables, and help keep the dining area clean and organized in a fast-paced sports bar environment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet Guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude while ensuring timely seating
• Bus tables, deliver food to guests, follow FIFO guidelines, and complete other dailytasks
• Respond to customer complaints/concerns and know when to get a manager involved
• Make genuine connections/engage our guests so they have a personalized experience
• Take payments/handle cash drawer and process credit card transactions
• Apply menu knowledge to suggest menu items, drinks, and promotions
• Correctly enter takeout orders into Point Of Sale system
• Bag and manage takeout orders, check for accuracy
• Maintain clean and orderly cashier area and practice proper safety and sanitation at alltimes
• Thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback about the quality of service they experienced

• Comfortable with repetitive hand movements and general activity
