Café Zupas is hiring team members to join our fast-paced food service family in Minnesota. We offer flexible hours with AM and PM shifts and are closed on Sundays, providing a healthy work-life balance.

No prior experience is required, and we provide growth opportunities and world-class training as you learn through real on-the-line experiences. As a team member, you’ll prepare house-made dishes, ring up orders, and connect with guests while delivering consistent service.

Café Zupas is looking for hardworking, motivated individuals who want to work in a Food Service Restaurant environment.

We offer flexible hours in our restaurants and are currently hiring for both AM and PM shifts. We offer competitive pay, great work/life balance (we are closed on Sundays!), and amazing co-workers and restaurant managers.
