Job summary

The Fresh Market is hiring team members to work in Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will provide friendly guest service and help shoppers create meal solutions while maintaining product knowledge and a welcoming store atmosphere.

You will assist across departments, merchandise and stock items, gather carts, and keep aisles neat and organized, always presenting a professional appearance in uniform.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across the store and assist guests across departments.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items while ensuring guests are assisted nearby.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present oneself in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards.

We’re looking for team members who have the ability to work in any one of our departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and our Front-End.
