Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets is seeking a part-time Front End Leader at our Hunt Valley store in Towson, MD. You will help ensure the front end runs smoothly and empower team members to deliver exceptional service to customers exiting the store.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience and can work evenings, including weekends, with shifts potentially ending as late as 12:30am. Applicants must be 18 or older and ready to lead by example.

What will I do?

• Proactively approach customers, assist them in locating products, and answer any questions they have

• Monitor customer flow and traffic patterns throughout the store, manage the right number of open lanes and run registers as necessary to reduce customer wait time
