Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate in Mountain Home, AR. The role focuses on friendly customer service, accurate register operations, and upkeep of a clean, safe store environment.

You will handle lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales with proper age verification, stock shelves, and assist in other departments as needed. We offer flexible schedules (full-time and part-time), weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is appreciated, but not required.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register accurately and quickly.
• Become proficient in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification.
• Upsell when possible to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe, including restrooms, pumps, and lot areas.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays.
• Willing to cross-train in other departments, including deli.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist where needed.
