Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking reliable Sales Associates to help run registers, maintain a clean, safe store, and assist customers with a range of retail needs. You will handle transactions, learn lottery, tobacco, and alcohol rules, and offer friendly service with occasional upselling.

Responsibilities include restocking, cleaning, and maintaining store appearance, as well as cross-training in other departments such as deli.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
Ability to greet customers and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed.
Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales — ensuring compliance with all age verification and legal requirements.
Offer friendly service and upsell customers when possible to increase sales.
Keep the inside and outside of the store clean and safe, including deep cleaning restrooms, cleaning gas pumps, litter removal, and trash disposal in all weather.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full.
Maintain a clean and organized store — sweep, mop, clean windows, and maintain entryways.
Willing to cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies; be a team player and assist where needed.
