Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to greet customers, operate the register with accuracy and speed, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will stock shelves, clean restrooms, and assist in deli when needed, in a fast-paced retail setting. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Must be 21+ with reliable, customer-focused communication and basic math skills; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and quickly.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Reliable, punctual and hard-working team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with speed and accuracy.
• Become knowledgeable about lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales and verify age requirements.
• Upsell customers when appropriate to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe, including bathrooms, pumps area, and lot.
• Stock shelves and displays; maintain a neat, organized store.
• Cross-train in other departments, such as deli, as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist where needed.
