Job summary

Sunoco LP in Belfield, ND is hiring a Sales Associate for the afternoon shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm). You will deliver friendly customer service, stock shelves, process sales, handle cash, and keep the store clean and organized.

Flexibility to adapt to changing store needs is required. Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining health and safety standards for food and beverages, and balancing the cash register at shift end.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a convenience store, retail, or food-service environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 32 countries and territories in North America, the Greater Caribbean, and Europe. The Partnership’s midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 14,000 miles of pipeline and over 160 terminals. This critical infrastructure complements the Partnership’s fuel distribution operations, which distribute over 15 billion gallons annually to approximately 11,000 Sunoco and partner-branded retail locations, as well as independent dealers and commercial customers.

The Opportunity:

The Sales Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and accurately processing fuel and merchandise sales. This role ensures shelves are stocked, products are available, and store operations run efficiently while supporting overall profitability.
