Job Title: Cashier

In this position, you will be the face of the store, starting the customer's experience. Many customers enjoy engaging in conversation and asking about our products. The more social you are, the better!

Responsibilities

• Operate the POS system, including the CA Lottery machine, and learn its rules.
• Provide excellent customer service, making educated suggestions based on product knowledge.
• Speak intermediate to fluent Korean, as 85% of our clientele are Korean or Korean-speaking only.
• Post on the store's social media accounts, including taking and editing photos, creating captions, and posting regularly.
• Create reels on Instagram and videos on TikTok to boost engagement and express creativity.
• Assist with unloading and organizing incoming products, especially on shipment days.
• Manage store inventory and assist with purchasing, which involves ordering from the back warehouse to the front store.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal skills in English and Korean.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Ability to sit for long periods and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to follow rules and protocols.
• Experience in taking inventory and operating social media applications, including content editing.
