AGO Company LLC is hiring friendly, reliable Cashiers to deliver fast, accurate service at our Michigan store.

You will handle cash, operate POS systems, and ensure compliance with tobacco, alcohol, and lottery laws while maintaining clean shelves and stock levels. The role offers full-time shifts, with opportunities for performance-based raises after probation, and benefits after the grace period.

Qualifications

• Responsible, dependable, punctual, and able to work alone or in a team.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory.
• Safety conscious and flexible.
• Physically able to tolerate gasoline fumes, coolers (30°F or below), and lift/stock products up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock & Inventory: Keep shelves, coolers, and displays full and correctly priced; receive deliveries and monitor inventory.

• Fuel Assistance & Safety: Help customers with fuel dispensers and follow safety procedures.
• Loss Prevention: Observe and report accidents, incidents, or maintenance issues.
