The job requires reliability, a friendly demeanor, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including 2nd shift; physical effort is involved and adherence to safety protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• Age requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Availability: Weekends and holidays required.
• Willingness: Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.
• Communication: Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Pre-employment screening: Drug screen and background check required.
• Experience: Retail or customer service experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification.
• Upsell where possible to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe including bathrooms, lot, and pumps.
• Stock shelves and displays; maintain fresh merchandise.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed; follow safety and policies.
• Be a team player and support others as required.
