Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
2. Sales Floor: Stock shelves, maintain appealing displays, and keep the store clean.
3. Upselling: Recommend products to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals.
4. Brand Promotion: Encourage loyalty program sign-ups and foster customer relationships.
5. Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Safety: Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.
7. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues for smooth operations.
8. Facility Maintenance: Keep the store clean and inviting, including restrooms and outdoor areas.
9. Environmental Care: Participate in keeping outdoor spaces clean.
10. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Age: 18+ in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ elsewhere.
• Availability: Able to work weekends and holidays.
• English Skills: Effective reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
• Math Skills: Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Physical Ability: Lift 10 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Pre-Employment: Pass drug screening and background check.
• Personality: Friendly, positive, reliable, responsible, and adaptable.
• Experience: Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
