Cobb County Toyota in Kennesaw, GA is seeking an Automotive Cashier / Rental Administrator for a full-time role. Starting pay is $14 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for advancement at a family-owned dealership.

The position involves handling payments, preparing rental agreements, and providing rental vehicles, with an emphasis on excellent customer service at a high-volume, award-winning dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Must be diligent and punctual.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receive payments for Service and Parts Department invoices.
• Prepare rental agreements and provide rental/loaner vehicles to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Balance end of day cashier reports.
• Prepare and scan documents.
• Operate switchboard.
• Other duties as assigned.
