Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Scarborough, ME is seeking a part-time Cashier to ring up merchandise at the POS and deliver friendly, efficient service. You’ll greet customers, assist with product questions, and ensure accurate transactions while upholding store standards.

Responsibilities include stocking nearby shelves, recognizing promotions, and guiding shoppers to club memberships, in-store pickup, or other services. This role requires a high school diploma and dependable, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.
