Job summary

IGA Market is seeking part-time team members to join our store team. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, and strong benefits including a 401K and Pension Plan, tuition assistance and more.

You will help process guest orders, handle payments, bag orders, and assist guests at the checkout lanes while maintaining a clean, efficient store environment. Join our family-owned style team and contribute to community growth with friendly service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle all monies and tender to insure proper accounting of all transactions.
• Properly bag guests’ orders, place in cart or hand to customer, and follow the Floco Foods carryout practices.
• Work well with all team members to grow community.
• Continually maintain clean work area.
• Direct guests into his/her lane to maintain guests flow and achieve the Guest Arrival standard of no more than two guests waiting at one lane to checkout.
• Maintain cash controls and procedures to eliminate shrink.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
