Job summary

IGA Market in Kingstree, SC is seeking a part-time team member to assist guests, process orders, and keep the store running smoothly. You will work with a friendly team, handle payments, bag orders, and follow store procedures to ensure fast, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 15 lbs constantly.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Effective communication and guests service skills.
• Ability to retrieve and push in shopping carts.
• Ability to bend and lift to load guests orders into cars.

• Work well with all team members to grow community.
• Continually maintain clean work area.
• Direct guests into his/her lane to maintain guests flow and achieve the Guests Arrival standard of no more than two guests waiting at one lane to checkout.
• Maintain cash controls and procedures to eliminate shrink.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
