Job summary

Lowes Foods is hiring a guest-focused team member in Hickory, NC to join our checkout and carryout team. You will accurately process guest orders, handle all monies, bag items, and guide guests to the proper lanes while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

We value teamwork and clear communication. The role requires the ability to lift 25 lbs., stand for long periods, read directions, perform basic math, and provide excellent guest service to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 15 lbs constantly.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Demonstrates successful use of math skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to retrieve and push in shopping carts.
• Ability to bend and lift to load guests orders in to cars.
