Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate registers, scanners, and card terminals; reconcile cash drawers daily.
• Perform minor POS repairs and keep terminal, phone, and printer software up to date.
• Count and organize inventory (uniforms, brochures, stock room) and keep cashier area clean.
• Handle incoming calls, file paperwork, and assist with contractor onboarding.
• Provide courteous service and have knowledge of products, tour packages, and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with licenses and renewals; assist with outdoor ticket printing and app downloads.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays.
