Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking dependable Cashiers & Porters for our travel center in Columbia, SC. Walk-in interviews are held weekdays 11am–4pm at 99 PLUMBERS RD, COLUMBIA, SC 29203. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered, including health care, retirement plan, and PTO.

You will deliver friendly service, handle transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized store. Join a team that values reliability and teamwork, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with questions or requests.
• Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Clean and maintain customer areas, restrooms, floors, and other common areas as needed.
• Restock supplies and merchandise throughout the location.
• Assist with maintaining an organized and well‑presented store.
• Follow all company safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep the travel center operating efficiently.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support the location and our customers.
