Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Cashier to provide prompt and friendly service to Guests, ensuring their satisfaction. This role is the first face guests see, with emphasis on excellent communication to delight guests and deliver an outstanding experience.

Essential duties include greeting guests, handling payments, preparing items, upselling, resolving complaints, stocking inventory, and upholding Popeyes culture with integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen years of age.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and co-workers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Handle product preparation.
• Kneel and follow proper lifting procedures.
• Consistently stand during serving customers or at the register.
