Job summary

Rebel Convenience Stores in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate to be the face of the store and deliver fast, accurate service. What You’ll Do:

• As aCashier, you’re the face of the store. You’ll provide fast, friendly service while keeping our store clean, stocked, and running smoothly. Every day is different — and we’ll give you the tools to succeed!
• Greet customers warmly and provideexceptional service
• Ring up sales using our modernPOS system, including lottery, fuel, and prepaid cards
• Upsell promotionsand help customers find what they need
• Maintain aclean and organizedstore environment (inside and out)
• Operate and maintainfood and beverage machines(coffee, fountain drinks, hot food)
• Restock and rotate merchandise usingFIFOmethod
• Followsafety and loss preventionprocedures
• Help customers with pump, car wash, or air hose as needed
• Accuratelyhandle cash, credit cards, and safe deposits
• Follow allage-restricted sale laws(alcohol, tobacco, lottery)
• Complete all requiredtraining and shift duties
• Must be18 years or older
• High School diploma or GED (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability towork aloneor with minimal supervision
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable standing forup to 8 hours
• Able to occasionally lift up to30 lbsand climb ladders
• Willing to workweekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
