We are hiring immediately for part-time Cashier positions at Henry Ford Providence Hospital, located at 16001 West 9 Mile Road, Southfield, MI 48075. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday, including rotating weekends. Hours may vary. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Prior cashier experience is preferred, but not required.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Perform cashier duties, including cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, and completing cash reports. May also assist with food service and maintain sanitation standards.

Essential Duties

1. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
2. Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods; issue receipts.
3. Interact with customers positively and resolve issues.
4. Manage cash drawer and ensure compliance with cash handling standards.
5. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
6. Follow sanitation, safety, and company policies.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
