Job summary

Taziki’s Café in Birmingham, AL is seeking entry-level team members to join our fast-paced, guest-focused team. No prior experience required; we provide training and opportunities to grow. You will be part of a culture that values fresh food and friendly service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, operating POS, handling cash, and maintaining health standards. Flexible schedules, daily meals, and opportunities for advancement await.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Energetic, eager to learn, and loves fresh food.
• Good communication and hospitality skills.

• Being a Taziki’s Ambassador to guests for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture
• Placing orders for guests and delivering them to our dining or pickup areas
• Understanding and using POS (point of sale register)
• Following proper cash handling and payment procedures
• Maintaining Health Department Standards throughout each shift
• Following proper Alcohol Handling policies and procedures
• Performing shift-side work including opening and closing duties

Your Working Conditions/ Hours

A typical work day at Taziki’s may look like:

• Morning shift - 9am - 4pm
• Evenings - 4pm - 10pm
• Weekends- when applicable

Holidays - when applicable (CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas)

• Hours will vary by store.

Your Physical Requirements
