Job summary

Popeyes is seeking team members to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, and provide fast, friendly service while preparing and packaging food. Maintain dining room cleanliness and uphold safety standards, all while learning and growing within the Popeyes brand.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile, takes orders, and processes payments.
• Prepares and serves food and drinks as directed.

The Team member with Popeyes will have the skills and behaviors to create memorable experiences for our Guests. A Team member is passionate about providing Guests with the best experience possible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments


• Prepares and packages food and drink products


• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior


• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas


• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items


• Check food quality and food temperature throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve


• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed


• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts


• Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of Popeyes

Physical Demands
