7th Street Burger is hiring for part-time and full-time cashier roles. You will greet guests, enter orders accurately in the POS, and manage payments while keeping a fast-paced line moving.

We value a positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility for late-night and weekend availability, with opportunities to grow as we expand across the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Positive, customer-first attitude.
• Experience in a high-volume retail/restaurant setting preferred.
• Cash handling and basic money-management experience preferred.
• Food handler certification a plus and we will help you get certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a welcoming, high-energy attitude.
• Enter orders quickly and accurately into the POS system.
• Process cash, credit, and mobile payments efficiently.
• Count and close the register at opening and closing shifts.
• Maintain a clean counter, lobby, and dining areas throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with cooks to ensure order accuracy and speed.
• Support team members and help when the shift gets busy.

About The Role

At 7th Street Burger, our Part-Time and Full-Time Cashiers are the face of the shop. You're the first hello and the last thank you, keeping the line moving and the energy up while orders fly. If you love people, stay cool when it gets busy, and want to grow with a brand that's expanding fast, this is your spot.

What You'll Do

• Greet every customer and create a welcoming, high-energy experience
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently
• Count and close out the register at open and close
• Keep the counter, lobby, and garbage areas clean throughout your shift
• Communicate with the cooks to ensure order accuracy and speed
• Support your teammates and jump in wherever the shift needs you

What You'll Bring
