Subway in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Food Service Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with food preparation, and maintain a clean, efficient store. You will handle transactions, assist with openings and closings, and contribute to teamwork during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Must be 17 or older.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guest service: greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Food preparation: assemble sandwiches, wraps, salads per standards.
• Cash handling: operate POS, process payments, balance cash register.
• Store upkeep: keep dining area, restrooms, and kitchen clean and organized.
• Teamwork: collaborate with teammates and assist during busy periods.
• Stocking & inventory: restock ingredients and notify management of shortages.
