McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Crew Team Member for a fast-paced franchisee-owned restaurant in New Jersey. This role offers part-time or full-time schedules, with opportunities to learn and grow within our training programs.

You'll greet guests, take orders, prepare and present food, maintain a clean restaurant, and work as part of a collaborative team. Must be 16 years or older; competitive pay starts at $15.50 per hour with flexible scheduling and benefits.

• You'll must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald's.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves.
• Have a Side of Smile: Help customers order their favorite McDonald's menu items and/or make menu recommendations.
• Focus on the Food: Prepare and present delicious food.
• Ensure a Memorable Visit: Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
• Understand that Teamwork is Key: Work hand in hand with your team to meet goals, and most importantly, have fun!
