Habit Burger & Grill in Manteca, CA is hiring a part-time Cashier. You’ll take orders, process payments, and keep the dining area inviting while cross-training at different stations. A friendly, energetic personality and a commitment to guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in related food service cashier position preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card/Certification may be required according to local and/or state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Take customer’s orders and punch them into the restaurant POS system.
• Provide customers with information on menu items, ingredients, and prices.
• Process credit card and cash payments and accurately tender change.
• Relay customer’s order to the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking levels of dining areas.
