Qualifications

• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer use.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process cash, credit, debit, and other transactions accurately.
• Follow procedures for cash handling, returns, exchanges, layaways, and price disputes.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and protection plans.
• Respond to store calls with professional phone etiquette.
• Coordinate with team members to address customer needs and maintain workflow.
