We are hiring immediately for a full-time CASHIER position.

Location: First Horizon Bank - 3451 Prescott Road, Memphis, TN 38118. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; days may vary. 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Prior cashier and cash handling experience required.

Pay Range: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashier duties, including cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform sales transactions efficiently.
• Enter all sales into the register for accurate recording.
• Make change, accept various payment methods, and issue receipts.
• Follow procedures for cash refunds.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints amicably.
• Manage change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Observe customer purchases and differentiate portion sizes.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Keep pastry case stocked.
• Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Follow sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
