Job summary

Lizards Thicket is seeking professional cashiers to manage monetary transactions and take to-go orders for patrons. The cashier's goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and support the restaurant's long-standing reputation.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling orders, suggesting menu items, accurate bagging, and proper change handling while using the POS system. The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and delivering outstanding service quality.

Qualifications

• Greet and/or acknowledge customers in a timely manner.
• Take to-go/drive-thru orders and answer menu questions.
• Suggest menu items when taking an order.
• Accurately bag drinks/food.
• Accurately count back change.
• Be able to use POS system correctly.
• Follow cleanliness standards and complete side work assignments.
• Collaborate with staff as a team with a positive attitude.
• Commit to delivering outstanding service quality.
