Job Description for Cashier/Food Service Worker at Flik Hospitality Group

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Cashier/Food Service Worker positions located at Bayer Whippany, 100 Bayer Boulevard, Whippany, NJ 07981. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts from Tuesday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Additional details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Prior hospitality experience is preferred. Internal employee referral bonus available.

Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Operate Point of Sale systems, assist chefs, prepare coffee, and maintain cleanliness at coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties:

• Assist in preparing foods and catering orders.
• Handle cashier duties using POS systems.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks.
• Serve customers at retail and cashier stations.
• Manage cash accurately and handle deposits.
• Restock supplies and food items.
• Set up and monitor serving lines and food temperatures.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Maintain stock levels and rotate products.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
