Job summary

Compass Group USA, Eurest division in Taylor, TX, seeks a Cashier/Food Service Worker for full-time shifts (11:00 am–8:00 pm; weekends required). Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with benefits. Online applications accepted. Location: 1530 FM 973, Taylor, TX 76574.

Role involves operating the POS, assisting the chef, preparing coffee, and maintaining clean cashier and coffee stations. Experience is preferred; internal referrals encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or cashiering preferred.
• Ability to operate a POS system.
• Friendly customer service attitude.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts.
• Performs cashier duties using the POS system.
• Provides service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Cashiers according to established procedures, maintaining cash accuracy with receipts.
• Inventories and restocks supplies and food products.
• Sets up serving line and ensures temperatures are within acceptable limits.
• Keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated using FIFO.
