Beyond Catering is seeking a Front of House Guest Service Associate in Kentucky. You will learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru duties, greet guests, record orders, and take payments while ensuring our food meets high quality standards and the workspace remains clean and sanitary.

Responsibilities include cashier duties with menu knowledge and teamwork to deliver outstanding guest service, plus expediter/server duties such as recognizing plated food, coordinating with kitchen, handling

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and positive attitude.
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.
• Must work to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cashier: Knowledge and understanding of our menu.
• Cashier: Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm.
• Cashier: Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests.
• Cashier: Greet every guest with a smile.
• Expediter/Server: Recognize food as presented from kitchen.
• Expediter/Server: Ensure all food is made properly before serving.
• Expediter/Server: Communicate with kitchen and servers.
• Expediter/Server: Assist with take-out/phone orders.
• Expediter/Server: Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner.
• Expediter/Server: Cleaning and sanitizing as needed.
• Expediter/Server: Other duties as assigned.
