Job summary

Rebel Convenience Stores in California is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate (Cashier) to join our fast-paced team. You’ll greet customers, ring up sales, and help keep the store clean and welcoming.

This role also involves operating the POS system (including lottery, fuel, prepaid cards), upselling promotions, maintaining a clean store, and assisting with pumps, car wash, and air hose. Must be 18+, HS diploma preferred, reliable and punctual, able to stand long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
• Ring up sales using our POS system, including lottery and fuel.
• Upsell promotions and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Operate and maintain beverages and food machines.
• Restock and rotate merchandise using FIFO.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Help customers with pump, car wash, or air hose as needed.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and deposits accurately.
• Follow age-restricted sale laws (alcohol, tobacco, lottery).
• Complete required training and shift duties.
• Must be 18 years or older.
