Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly, accurate service to guests at our quick service dining locations. You will handle POS transactions, maintain a clean environment and support team operations to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Candidates with basic POS knowledge and strong verbal communication are encouraged to apply. Flexibility for nights, weekends and some holidays is required; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced, friendly environment focused on customer service.
• Greet guests and provide courteous, efficient service.
• Process transactions on a POS register accurately.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.
