Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
• Available 6am-4pm each day.
• Prior retail or customer service experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Become knowledgeable on Meijer programs and promotions to best assist customers
• Create welcoming, memorable checkout experiences that leave a lasting impression
• Use Meijer systems to complete transactions accurately
• Handle cash and payments responsibly, with attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and confidently, using friendly eye contact and positive body language
• Answer customer questions and help resolve concerns with care
• Build trust and connection that encourages customers to return
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
