Job summary

Compass Group USA seeks energetic cashiers for Bon Appétit cafés at Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with evening and weekend shifts; pay ranges from $14.00 to $15.00 per hour. Prior front-of-house experience is preferred and employees receive competitive benefits.

As a cashier you will perform sales transactions, handle cash, issue receipts, assist customers and maintain sanitation standards. Training provided; online applications accepted.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion.
• Enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Makes change, issues receipts to customers and handles cash refunds.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Keeps service areas clean and ensures sanitation compliance.
