Job summary

Habit Burger & Grill in Oregon is seeking friendly, energetic cashiers for immediate part-time positions. You will take orders, process payments, and assist in keeping the dining area inviting and organized.

Cross-training across stations may occur to support BOH and enhance your value to the team. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling money accurately, and providing menu information with a positive, genuine hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in related food service cashier position preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card/Certification may be required according to local and/or state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take orders.
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments.
• Provide information on menu items, ingredients, and prices.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking levels of dining areas.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and assist in front-of-house operations.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer management and handle customer requests or complaints.
