Lowe's is seeking a friendly cashier to ensure every customer leaves the store with a positive experience. You’ll handle checkout, help customers at the register, and assist with payments and exchanges while delivering fast, accurate service.

Most of your time will be at the register, but you may help in other areas such as stocking shelves or assisting other departments. If you enjoy solving problems in a busy retail environment, this role fits you.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Minimally lift 10lbs unassisted or over 15lbs with or without accommodation.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience
• Proactively assist customers in the self-checkout area
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
• Manage a cash register, payments, and exchanges
• Answer customer questions
• Help maintain a clean, safe workstation
• Complete other duties as assigned
