Job summary

Meijer is seeking a friendly Cashier to provide efficient checkout experiences and first‑class customer service. As a front‑line touchpoint, you’ll handle transactions, learn Meijer programs, and create welcoming moments for customers in a fast‑paced store environment.

You’ll work evenings and weekends as needed, with weekly pay and strong benefits supporting your growth and family commitments. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and a positive, helpful attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Enjoy working with people and providing great service.
• Comfortable learning and using technology.
• Listen well, communicate clearly, and stay organized.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
