The position reports to the Thrift Store Manager and includes benefits and overtime eligibility. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a focus on delivering friendly and professional service in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret basic documents; write routine reports or notes.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and percentages.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience operating a cash register and basic store software/equipment.
• Ability to provide friendly, professional service to customers and donors.
• Knowledge of retail store operations, inventory, pricing, and display.
