Gumby’s, Llc is seeking a cashier to provide outstanding customer service, operate the POS register, and manage cash handling with accuracy. The role involves supporting LVL patrons, maintaining product knowledge, stocking shelves, and upholding store standards.

The position requires flexibility for various shifts and locations, with full-time = 35 hours/week. Prior retail POS experience is preferred, and basic MS Office and email/browser skills are beneficial.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of the English language including spelling and grammar.
• Retail POS experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, email software and internet browsers.

Aufgaben

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a customer-friendly environment.
• Process POS transactions and handle cash, checks, coupons and receipts per policy.
• Complete safe drops, verify non-counterfeit money and card transactions.
• Assist LVL and patrons at the cash kiosk and stock/replenish merchandise.
• Complete IRS Form W-2G per guidelines.
• Close out shifts with daily reporting and cash balancing.
• Replenish shelves, assist with receiving and housekeeping.
• Report maintenance or equipment issues to leadership as needed.
• Assist LVL and IT technicians with troubleshooting machine issues.
• Monitor cash levels in ATMs and kiosks as requested.
• Wear company uniform and maintain professional appearance.
• Time clock punching and adherence to company policies.
• Adhere to all company policies and practices.
