Job Title: Cashier

Responsibilities:

1. Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan, hands-on stations training, and any additional training required by Zax LLC.
2. Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests, including greeting guests, explaining menu items, and representing the Zaxbys brand.
3. Accurately complete orders, enter guest orders into the POS system, and handle payments.
4. Maintain cleanliness and safety in guest areas and back of house, including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and exterior.
5. Prepare menu items, beverages, and other products according to standards.
6. Assist with other duties as assigned, including kitchen and back of house tasks.

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.

Capabilities:

• Sit, stand, and walk continuously; occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Use hands and wrists for grasping and manipulation.
• Communicate effectively through speech, reading, and writing.
• Work safely with restaurant equipment and in environments with temperature variations and allergens.
