RC Willey is seeking a friendly cashier to provide excellent customer service and accurate checkout processing at our store. You will assist customers with purchases, handle payments, and help maintain an organized checkout area.

In this fast-paced role, you will support the in-store cafe and ensure service standards are met. Compensation starts at $16 per hour, increasing to $17 per hour after certification in Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to count and manage cash transactions and process payments.
• Basic computer and typing skills; able to multi-task and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-person and by telephone.
• Provide information about merchandise and services.
• Perform transactions by collecting payments.
• Assist with light food preparation for in-store cafe.
• Follow up on customer issues and service requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
