Job summary

Aloha Island Mart in Waianae, OAHU is seeking a Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. You will perform cashiering, customer service, stocking, and housekeeping duties in a fast-paced retail setting.

We offer competitive base pay of $16 to $17 per hour, health coverage, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks of vacation after a year of service. A quarterly bonus up to $100 and a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to handle cash accurately and provide prompt service.
• Ability to greet customers and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Experience supporting stocking and housekeeping duties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and cashiering according to store policies.
• Follow safety and health procedures, including proper food handling where applicable.
• Assist in stocking, pricing, and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Attend store meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
